My 60 Day Journey with "Hammer & Chisel" starts Dec 14th, 2015!! Yaaaay!


So, I love challenges! I'm intrigued by anything that challenges me.  My 2 pregnancies left me with a very 
stubborn lower belly which I'm hoping to kill within the next 60 days!!  I'm going for some "washboard abs".  It has to happen now! I got my tools ready and I'm set! Summer 2016 can't get here faster???  I know it will take me a good 8 weeks of clean eating and right workouts to develop some good abs based on my body fat percentage. For this challenge, I plan on being very serious with my diet.  I will follow the diet put on the program to the latter.  I'll make sure to stick with the workout plan every day as required. I'm on a quest to create a work of art with the all new The Master’s Hammer and Chisel program.  I truly love my body and I just want to sculpture it to the body I will be proud of.

You can see there's some buldge on my lower belly there ;) I need that section to be completely flat and full of abs LOL


My nutrition plan:
I'm going for the "build muscle" plan.  This will require that I eat waaaay more than what I'm used to. I'll be eating at  1,800–2,099 calorie bracket.

Meal prep done:
Failure to plan is planning to fail!
Meal prep for the next 3 days going down.
The last time I followed the Countdown To Competition plan on the 21 Day Fix Extreme program, I saw my first ever abs on my upper belly!!!! So I'm diving all in on this nutrition and daily workouts.


My plan:
  • Wake up to workout at 6:30AM
  • Fuel my body with Shakeology immediately after workout- This is very important for this program because Shakeology makes sure that the body has received all the nutrition it needs in the day just incase I don't get to eat all the required nutrients.
  • Take my breakfast 3 hours after Shakeology and the rest of my meals at a 3 hour increment
  • Drink atleast 8 glasses of water daily
  • Get 7 hours of sleep daily.  I need that flat stomach by all means.  So I'll be in bed by 11:00 PM!!
DAY 1:
So...Day 1 of the Hammer and Chisel is done!
Today I couldn't get out of bed at 6:30AM.  So my workout started at 8:15AM.
It was a 40 minute sweat drenching time with the Chisel aka Ms Autumn!

These were the 2 most brutal moves for me.
I must say that the future with Beachbod is looking so so bright! The sweat today was crazy!
The moves- I've never even seen some of the moves we did today.
If I was to pay a trainer for this, I'd have spent $50 per hour! hahaha

Now off to fuel my body with my vanilla-coffee shakeology ;)
